Lumitick gives your hospital one IT helpdesk — tickets, SLAs and alerts across every ward and site.
Organization owners sign in with Google or a one-time email link. There is no password to invent, and the address you verify becomes the owner account.
Google and email sign-in are not set up yet
This server has no Firebase service account (FIREBASE_PRIVATE_KEY), so it cannot verify a Google sign-in. Follow docs/FIREBASE_SETUP.md to finish the setup.
Ward staff, IT and department heads do not sign up here — they are added by their administrator and sign in with an employee code on the sign-in page.
Your data stays in your own organization. You can be signed in on one device at a time.
